Kay-Enno Brink is appointed:
- by the German Sailing Association / DSV
as measurer for IMS, ORC and IRC (sice 1994) - by the International Twelve Metre Association / ITMA
as measurer for 12mR Yachts (since 2017) - as chairman of the technical committee of DSV (since 2009)
